A course catalogue and enrolment site for an IB revision school with a castle campus in Vienna.

The client
Study Academy Vienna has run IB revision courses since 2014. Students from IB schools around the world come to Schloss Miller-Aichholz, a castle campus in Vienna, for Easter revision, PRE-IB and MID-IB summer courses, a junior summer camp, exam retakes and year-round online tutoring.

The challenge
The catalogue had grown to ten course formats across three seasons, each with its own dates, format and audience. Parents and students needed to find the right course and register without reading the whole site, and the school needed to be found for IB revision searches in an international, competitive market.
On top of that, the dates change every year, and the team had to be able to update them without calling a developer.
What we did
- Organised the whole offer by season: Easter, Summer and Year-round. Every course card shows its dates, whether it runs on campus or online, and a direct Register button.
- Built a navigation that mirrors the same structure, so the menu and the homepage tell the same story.
- Developed a custom WordPress theme where courses are editable entries, not hard-coded pages. The team updates a season in minutes.
- Gave the campus, accommodation, food, sports and fees their own pages, because that is what parents check before they commit.
- Wrote the FAQ around the questions families actually ask and structured the pages for search and answer engines.

The outcome
Every course is two clicks from the homepage and one click from registration. The school now runs each new season from the admin, and the site carries the calm, confident tone of a place families trust with their exam year.
