The challenge

Buying a prefab house is a big, unfamiliar decision. People want to see what is possible, get a feel for the cost early and understand how the process works before they ever call. The site had to inspire and inform at the same time, and turn that interest into a conversation with the team.

What we did

  • Built a catalogue of concept designs that people can browse by look and floor area, each with its own page.
  • Added a price calculator so visitors can estimate the cost of their future home before they get in touch.
  • Explained the work process in four clear steps, from the first meeting to the finished house.
  • Answered the questions buyers really ask in a FAQ: why prefab, why this company, which documents are needed.
  • Brought in video, testimonials and pages for the technologies and services behind every build.
