The client
EO Dent runs one of the largest chains of dental clinics in Bulgaria. It has its own dental laboratory, in-house 3D diagnostics and a dental tourism programme for patients from abroad.

We were the development team. The design and the content came from the client; everything that makes the site work was built by us, from the theme to the plugins behind it.

The challenge
The range is enormous: implants, aesthetics, endodontics, periodontology, orthodontics, oral surgery, children’s dentistry and imaging, each with several treatments of its own, plus campaigns, clinical cases and pages for patients from abroad. All of it had to be published in more than one language, stay fast and remain easy for the marketing team to manage.
What we built
- A custom WordPress theme developed from the approved designs, with reusable templates for specialities, treatments, clinical cases and campaigns.
- Custom translation plugins, so every page, treatment and campaign is managed in each language from the same admin.
- Performance optimisation across the theme and the content, so a site with dozens of treatment pages stays quick on mobile.
- A campaign slot in the homepage hero that the team switches from the admin, and a lightweight custom cookie consent.
The outcome
A very large site that runs on code written for it rather than a stack of off-the-shelf plugins. The marketing team adds treatments, cases and campaigns in every language themselves.
